Rain, rain, go away! It was a super-soaker weekend here in New York, so it was the perfect weekend to explore a new spot (indoors)! Thankfully, our friends invited us to spend the afternoon in Brooklyn and we had a blast! It was the last weekend the Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg would be held indoors and starting next weekend everything will be moved outdoors to East River State waterfront location. The Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg features over 100 vendors including antiques, vintage clothing/bags/shoes, handmade home goods, beautifully crafted furniture pieces, classic records, unique jewelry and tasty food options! For lunch, we grubbed on lean brisket sandwiches with tangy BBQ sauce! Delish! Afterwards, we spent the afternoon strolling around to visit the vendor stands…it was the best chill afternoon the city!
